Honglichang is a professional manufacturer specializing in turnkey automatic paint lines from planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and service since 2005.
Honglichang headquarter, located in Longgang CBD of Shenzhen City, is dedicated for marketing and management; all fabrication, assembly and finishing are handled in the manufacturing base in Heyuan City of Guangdong Province. Additionally, Honglichang has established offices in Suzhou, Tianjin and Chongqing, aiming to provide clients with more comprehensive and efficient services. Through continuous efforts and quality-oriented policy, our business has also expanded to India, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Lithuania, etc.
Honglichang has a comprehensive organizational structure with 200 employees, led by the board of directors which includes various functional departments from marketing to service. In the light of competitive technology, state-of-the-art processing facilities and broadly experienced engineering team, Honglichang has successfully been honored with multiple certificats, such as National Technical Innovation Enterprise, Specialized and Innovative Enterprise, Safety Production Permit, and passed ISO management system. Additionally, Honglichang has also gained invention patent, programming patent and utility patent related with automatic painting.
Honglichang factory, located in Heyuan, Guangdong province, invested RMB50,000,000.00, has been in operational since 2019. After its completion, this production base is outfitted with processing equipment and sophisticated testing instruments for handling large-scaled painting lines and ensuring proper lead time and quality.
Our 20-year experience in smart paint lines has empowered Honglichang with development and manufacturing in conveyor, oven baking, HVAC, robotics, paint supply, effluent treatment, VOC treatment, etc. Our smart control system, like simultaneous robotics monitoring, paint flow monitoring, MES system, clean class monitoring, oven temperature monitoring, HVAC control, and remote trial and troubleshooting, has become more and more popular in the industry.
