Highlights:

1. high automatic UV spray, high productivity, high efficiency, high quality, lower energy consumption and lower pollution;

2. transfer conveyor (optional) is considered for alteration between different painting work process (like 3-coat 3-curing, 3-coat 4-curing, 4-coat 4-curing or 4-coat 5 curing, etc), which can minimize the investment by client;

3. clean class can reach 10K, which is suitable for higher quality painting work;

4. high pressure blower for exhaust without choke;

5. angle of spray gun and UV lamp is adjustable as per size or shape of target components;

6. as per requirement by client, thermostat air handling system can be added so to improve painting environment and get superior paint film.

7. fast color change system (optional) is designed to minimize time for gun cleaning and paint mixing (without stopping production), which can enhance plant efficiency and utility;
