Product Introduction

The ground rail automatic spraying line can achieve automated spraying process through computer control. The ground rail automatic spraying line usually consists of a feeding system, a conveying system, a spraying system, a drying system, etc.
The feeding system is responsible for transporting the paint from the storage tank to the spraying system. The conveying system evenly delivers the paint to the spraying system, and the spraying system evenly sprays the paint onto the surface of the workpiece. The drying system then dries the paint.
The ground rail automatic spraying line has the advantages of high automation, high production efficiency, high paint utilization rate, and reduced labor costs, and is widely used in fields such as automobile manufacturing, mechanical equipment manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, and electrical appliance manufacturing.
The characteristics and advantages of automatic spraying lines for ground rails;
1. Electrostatic dust removal, spraying, and drying are suitable for batch continuous production and can adapt to product size changes. In addition, the workpiece is automatic, and the dust removal has no 360 degree dead corners.
2. The contact point between the conveyor chain and the track is equipped with bearings, which are matched accurately with the track, ensuring smooth and light operation without shaking.
3. The fixed automatic spray gun enables high-speed automatic spraying of product workpieces, with adjustable stroke and speed, and great flexibility. It can meet different spraying needs according to the size, shape, and material characteristics of different workpieces.
