Nonstick Painting Line with Lower Temperature:

1. Floor Conveyor System for Painting: 2.6mtrs/min (2-4m/min adjustable)
Conveyor Length: 100mtrs for inner coat line; 32mtrs for outer coat line
2. automatic spray painting with static guns
3. Deionization Booth: SS, ion nozzle
4. Preheating Oven: lower temperature oven
5. Paint Drying Oven: natural gas heating, hot-air circulation heating system, combustion burner and heat exchanger, 1 blower for circulatoion; Oven Temperature: adjustable

II. Nonstick Painting line with SS Net Conveyor for Higher Temperature Drying:
1. Conveyor: 0.6mtrs/min (0.4-1.2m/min adjustable)
2. Heating: by LNG, lower/higher temperature zone (one heating system for each zone);
combustion burner and circulation blower; damper for air suction & exhaust;
Lower Temperature Zone & Higher Temperature Zone: temperature adjustable
4. Enforced Cooling Zone: enclosure for cooling; blower; axial flow blower for air exhasut;
